The kitchen, which is situated next to the main hall, is convenient and has plenty of room.  Resources include an adequate supply of crockery, two kettles and a water boiler, with plenty of serving trays.  There is also a serving hatch between the kitchen and the main hall.

The Hall’s Health and Safety Regulations do not allow food to be cooked in the kitchen, only to serve food already cooked.  But it is possible to use the electric oven and the microwave to heat food.

The Regulations also do now allow more than 6 persons in the kitchen at one time, and children are not allowed in the kitchen at all.

An annual check, by a qualified electrician, is made on all the electrical equipment in the kitchen.
