These are some pictures from the golden age of snooker in Talsarnau - which took place in the old hall. Competitions were held regularly and knock-out competitions were held on Friday and Saturday evenings. Two teams also played in the local league. Players of all ages took part. It was, without doubt, an excellent inter-generational activity from which everybody benefited.

Our many thanks go to Colin Rayner for his enthusiasm for the development of the game locally for many years. He, without doubt has fostered and furthered the development of the game, not only in Talsarnau but in Gwynedd and North Wales generally. Young and old alike have benefitted from his efforts and we applaud him for his services to the game.
